When a client places an order, the payment is held in escrow until the work is completed and approved. Once the client approves the work, the payment is released to the freelancer.

If there's a dispute between a client and freelancer, our support team will review the case and help mediate a resolution. Both parties can present their evidence and concerns through our dispute resolution system.
